Most of the stock here is warehouse conversion: polished concrete or timber floors, exposed ductwork and cable trays overhead, mezzanine meeting rooms, and one long shared bench instead of forty separate workstations. A cleaning scope written for a carpeted tower does not transfer.
We scope Alexandria sites for what they actually are. Polished concrete needs the right pad and a neutral pH, not a general-purpose floor chemical that leaves a haze. Exposed services collect dust that only shows under the pendant lighting these fitouts favour, so overhead dusting sits on its own rotation. Yes, and we ask what sealer was used before we quote. Polished and sealed concrete needs a neutral-pH cleaner and the right pad grade. General-purpose floor chemicals strip the finish and leave a haze that only shows up months later, by which point it is a re-polish rather than a clean.
Can you work evenings rather than early mornings?

Will you move our samples, prototypes or shoot setups?
